CHAQT LLC – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to CHAQT LLC. By accessing or using our platform, services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the terms outlined in this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services.
1. License Grant
CHAQT LLC grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services on your personal devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules set forth in this EULA. Your license is subject to compliance with all terms of this EULA. You may not:
Distribute or make the Services available on a network where it could be used by multiple devices at once.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Services, except as permitted by law.
2. Scope of Use
You are permitted to use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services. You are prohibited from selling, sublicensing, or transferring your rights under this license.
3. Consent to Use of Data
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of technical data, including device information, system software, and other related information, which may be gathered periodically to facilitate updates, support, and other Services. This data is used only in an anonymized form.
4. Expert Communication Disclaimer
CHAQT is a platform that facilitates communication between experts and clients. However, CHAQT is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of advice provided by experts. The information shared through the platform is not intended to replace professional services.
5. Fees and Payments
CHAQT charges transaction and subscription fees, as detailed in our pricing policy. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or CHAQT LLC. Your rights to use the Services will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and delete any copies from your devices.
7. External Services
The Services may enable access to third-party services. CHAQT is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of these third-party services. You agree to use external services at your own risk and comply with all applicable laws.
8. NO WARRANTY
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CHAQT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OR ACCURACY OF THE SERVICES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAQT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF CHAQT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CHAQT harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the Services, including violations of applicable laws or third-party rights.
11. Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Refunds: Refunds may be requested for services not delivered due to technical issues or failure of the expert to provide agreed services.
Non-Refundable: Services already provided, user dissatisfaction, and missed or canceled appointments by users are not eligible for refunds.

12. Termination and Suspension
CHAQT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated at CHAQT’s discretion.
13. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
14. Force Majeure
CHAQT will not be liable for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or network failures.
15. Changes to the EULA
CHAQT reserves the right to update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
